”Everything about the facility is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The breakfast service was clean, well- stocked, and flavorful. We'll definitely stay here if we're in Richmond again.”

”Do not book this hotel it is disgusting we have travelled extensively & we could not believe what we walked into and just as quickly left and found a better hotel. I would suggest Expedia take it off the booking site.the only thing that could fix this hotel would be a bulldozer.”

”Room clean, some holes in walls and door but nothing major. Staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but tasted good. We had a full kitchen and it was great, everything worked wonderful. Housekeeping was very helpful”

”This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean.”

”Motel was filthy on the outside with a bad odor and a general unsafe feeling but the room was fine for a quick overnight stay. No bugs, clean sheets and a hot shower.”

”Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund.”

”There is NO breakfast! They said they've told Day's Inn to take that off the website, but they haven't done it yet. Also, the Jacuzzi tub leaked a lot of water into the room.”

”Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”
