”Room was ‘tired’. Nothing big, but multiple small things. Breakfast was the same each day- scrambled eggs and sausage. Maybe would have been ok if it was hot. Coffee was the worst I have had in a long time. Ended up going to McDonalds for our coffee. Staff did not seem to really care, almost as if we were an inconvenience. Had stayed there several years ago and thought it was better. We have family in the area so come in several times a year. Barring the other area hotels being booked up, doubt...

”The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5...

”The place really is just not kept up with. The wifi is so slow that many connections fail. There are missing pieces of trim and holes in some walls. The was a bunch of pickles and lettuce on the ground by the stairs. The EV chargers are hit or miss. The Tesla chargers work if you have a Tesla, but if you have an SAE/CCS based plug, the CCS charger is broken and using a NACS adapter for the Tesla's fail the connection test. ”The staff at the Extended Stay are fine, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and fresh coats of paint. The walls and floors are stained, the bathrub in our room had blackish stains from what looks like a bathtub non-slip rug having been there for a long time. The sink in our kitchenette had mold in the drain/strainer area. I picked this hotel because the ratings for the hotel was 8.2 but it is not worth an 8.2 rating. I have nothing against the staff, but they need to pay more attention...
