”For the price, we were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the level of service. Our room felt damp and humid the entire stay, the floors were sticky, and the shower leaked badly, making the room feel poorly maintained. Service at the main restaurant was especially slow—we had to wait for every request, including nearly 10 minutes just to receive cream for our coffee. ”Room was very clean, the staff were very kind, the beach was amazing, white sand and emerald water, great breakfast, dinner was also great at the Primrose Restaurant, Terrace was good and we loved the sunset view at The Roof Top.”

”The Navarre Beach property is for tourists of all ages and pets. So far, so good. But the Springhill Suites does not have enough elevators and luggage carts to accommodate the amazing traffic of the summer months. Two medium sized elevators for 161 rooms and an estimated 600 guests complete with beach gear, pets, etc. And what's with the luggage carts? I had to schlep our stuff up and down exit stairs. No carts to be found. Otherwise, staff and amenities were fine.”
