Caletta Nest 38 is entirely located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The simple and functional interiors are designed to provide a regenerating break in contact with nature.

Outside, a private terrace overlooks a well-kept communal garden, creating the perfect corner for breakfast or relaxing moments outdoors. The residence offers a seasonal shared pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09) located about 200 meters away, and a shared tennis court. Access to the apartment is via a short and pleasant pedestrian path. A reserved covered parking space is available.

The La Caletta di Porto Rotondo residence is surrounded by mediterranean scrub, in a secluded location yet conveniently close to the center of Porto Rotondo, with its luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants, bars, and the charming marina. • After booking, online check-in is required (uploading documents and a selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
