Each apartment features a private outdoor space equipped for pleasant moments of relaxation, offering a relaxing view of the gardens or a splendid view of the sea in certain units.

In this case, we have a one-bedroom apartment of approximately 45 square meters with an interior view, located in a residential complex 100 meters from the beach, featuring classic furnishings—not modern but functional.

It is located on the first floor and consists of an open-concept living area with a double bed, a single bed, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates, as well as an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.

The price includes:



electricity, water, and gas usage; air conditioning; initial supply of sheets and towels (changed weekly); final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette and trash removal); free Wi-Fi, access to the pool and beach, use of canoes, windsurfing equipment, and tennis courts, entertainment, and the Kids’ Club (June 6–October 4), private parking.



Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash; varies depending on the period; mandatory according to municipal regulations.



- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and €150 for failure to dispose of trash.



Optional additional services available upon request and to be paid on-site:
