Designed for both short and medium stays, this apartment with a sea-view terrace in Sardinia features practical and functional interiors. The living area includes a sofa bed and LED TV, opening directly onto the panoramic terrace and creating a smooth indoor–outdoor atmosphere. The American-style kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils, tableware and a coffee maker. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is about 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are all within easy reach.

Within a short drive you can also reach the beaches of Golfo Aranci — Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca — one of the most scenic coastal areas, known for its resident dolphin colony.

A credit card pre-authorisation is required upon arrival the cardholder must be physically present. The amount is automatically released after check-out according to the issuing bank’s timing. In the event of damagesrule violations, a proportional amount may be withheld.

An online check-in is required via our dedicated portal, including the upload of ID documents and selfies for all staying guests. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed a courtesy English version will be provided prior to arrival.

Keys must be collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Guests are required to use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
