Located in Sole Ruju within a beautiful residence, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with the option for 4 additional beds if you let us know in advance. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a comfortable double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, TV, and washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find two more rooms with two single beds and one double bed, plus another bathroom. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. On arrival, you'll be welcomed with a tray of Sardinian pastries, a bottle of house wine with a special dedication, and a small bottle of olive oil to enjoy.



Outside, relax in your private garden or on the open terrace and take in the mountain views. Outdoor amenities include a private barbecue and access to a shared outdoor pool.



Parking includes a shared on-site space and street parking. You may bring a small pet and enjoy self check-in for maximum convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
