Villa 'Porto Rotondo' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Porto Rotondo, one of Sardinia’s most exclusive destinations, this 60 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You’ll have a private, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families can request a baby cot and high chair.



Enjoy a private garden with barbecue and a covered terrace offering stunning sea views over the surrounding hills. The shared outdoor pool is open from early June to late September, and there’s also an outdoor shower.



A communal parking area is available at the house. Events are not permitted. An airport transfer service is offered to make your arrival easier.



Your villa is in the heart of the glamorous Costa Smeralda, perfectly situated between beautiful coves and the jet-set lifestyle. The famous marina and lively center with shops, bars, and restaurants are just 500 m away—perfect for romantic walks and coffee overlooking luxury yachts. The beautiful Ira and Controira beaches are only 300 m away. Depending on the wind, you can choose sheltered coves. During pool season, a free shuttle bus takes you to these beaches, so you can always find your perfect spot and enjoy beach life in sheltered bays.
