”Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax.
I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site.”

”This hotel is directly off route 80. We stayed the night on our way back to NY.
Room was small, hotel was old, but clean enough. I knew this from other reviews. No surprises. There is continental breakfast food available 24 hours, but selections are slim and some things did not work (no hot water for tea)
Body wash was empty in our room.
This place is fine for a quick overnight stay.
We really enjoyed the Hop Brothers Brewing for dinner, .2 down the road from motel.”

”Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn ’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

”When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.”

”The parking was a real problem, explanation at the time of booking was minimal at best. I couldn’t even get to the valet because of some concert event. I packed in the lot next door to the hotel which said $10.00 overnight and turned out to be $50 for 5 hours, then had to retrieve my car out by midnight and valet it it with the hotel to get charged another $57. I will never stay there again it was a horrible experience
