”The staff is what did it for me! The ladies that were making and serving breakfast were so patient and kind. One of my grandkids spilled a glass of juice all over the floor and the lady who cleaned it up made sure we did not feel bad about it. She was so sweet and really could have been very upset and made him feel even worse about it. The room cleaners and desk staff were all awesome there too! There were 7 of us between 3 rooms throughout the week and we felt very welcomed and accomadated,...

”Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! ”

”Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...

”Horrible staff no cleaning guy that does over night shift literally has no type of customer services etiquette you are better off in a tent than sleeping here”

”Roaches crawling all over the bathroom soon as your turn the light on. Room linen was never changed. Mold on, all in the bathroom ceiling and shower walls. Mold in the bedroom ceiling. Smelled of cigarettes, through out the hotel. Near the airport but a terrible area.”

”1st room they gave me had the handle of the sink came completely off when I turned the water on and the faucet on the tub was coming out of the wall it was so loose, I went and told the office and they gave me another room which was just as dirty, looked like they haven't swept the floors in idk how long. Staff was friendly but that was about the only good thing I can say about this place, won't be coming back for sure. ”
