”We booked and paid for this hotel a while ago. Everything was closed when we finally arrived after a long flight. The hotel was closed for renovations. We got no message about this and had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. This was very disappointing. Thankfully Hotels.com fixed a refund in a short time.”

”Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...

”If you enjoy finding massive cockroaches and people moving furniture at all hours of the night then this is the place for you. The room was disgusting, stains on the couch, the dresser was broken, I was afraid to open the fridge but it looked like it had been through hell. There was an infestation of roaches behind it. ”Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay...
