The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. ”If you enjoy finding massive cockroaches and people moving furniture at all hours of the night then this is the place for you. The room was disgusting, stains on the couch, the dresser was broken, I was afraid to open the fridge but it looked like it had been through hell. There was an infestation of roaches behind it. ”Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay...

”The room we got is not what it looks like online! Really terrible condition. Furnitures and appliances are falling apart. It looks like they “tried” to renovate from patches on the wall to new sink, but bathroom is really run down and has not been touched to be fixed up. Floor is uneven. Really disappointed and did not get a good sleep at all.”

”I have been staying at Baymont Inns for a couple of years now. They have provided nice hotels in some rural areas however, this place was a tragic mistake. There appeared to be people living there. Lots of foot traffic through the day and night with people seemingly wandering around just loitering about. And one night several fights could be heard throughout the night. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience.”
