”Unfortunately really noisy neighbors who were playing rap music very loud and shouting at each other at 2am. Advised front desk who spoke to them and noise/shouting started again a few minutes later. Advised front desk again but nothing changed. Complained again with same level of disruption at 5am. 7-8 people in next room, loud music, banging in walls, shouting, partying in the hallway. Hotel said they would comp parking and breakfast but no refund. I believe the offending guests should have...

”Clean and comfy room with all needed. Special thanks to the front desk for taking the extra mile to change the reservation due to my changed plans. ”

”The hotel was nice, very large room and surprisingly very quiet despite being downtown. All the employees were nice. Breakfast was very good, delicious pancakes and avocado toast. My only complaint was the shower. Worst shower ever. Little to no water pressure coupled with the extreme soft water was a horrible combination trying to wash our hair and feel like it was rinsed clean. Just a horrible shower. The extreme soft water even made hand washing a strange experience trying to...

”Very comfortable stay and you can’t beat the area for good dinner spots and a walk on the river front. The hot tub was wonderful and the coffee shop in the hotel. Very quality stay.”

”Convenient location, nice rooms, good breakfast, close to hiking/biking trail.”

”So the bed was clean, every thing else was used up and stained. Makeup smudges on the hairdryer, which made me wonder about other surfaces. Room smelled like someone had cooked something fragrant in there, could only open the window 6” to try and air it out. Fine for a quick stay, it was quiet and well priced, perfectly mediocre.”

”The hotel was just ok. I didn’t have high hopes for a Quality Inn and it met my basic expectations. After I parked, I walked in and the two employees were outside smoking and the place had a faint smell of smoke throughout it.”

”Both the kickback meal and breakfast were excellent and saved us money by not having to eat out. The extra perks of unlimited soda and popcorn make the money spent on our room an even better value. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for checking out the area. We would definitely stay here again if in Iowa city area in the future.”

”Our room had a moldy, musty smell....Our sinuses were a mess by morning and we barely got any sleep. The air conditioning didn't work very well and the fridge didn't either. The bathroom counter was all chipped up and the furniture in our suite was dirty and worn.”
