”Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Genuinely the cleanest, "fanciest" hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room was pristine. Javon made our check-in simple and easy. The only issue I had was that we couldn't adjust the temperature of the AC in our room (I like it ice cold lol), but it was still a comfortable temperature. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again if I come to the city again.”

”Comfortable bed, it was nice having a room walk out to the pool. The food was good! They need to explain at checking how order food works, need to explain the tools of pool and hot tub at check in. We wanted to sit in the hot tub with out kids for 10 min before getting out and going to bed and a worker stopped us said no kids. We had been there all day from 3 pm and seen kids going back and forth all day nothing said then we go to use it and told no... my daughter started balling and not the way...

”This was a very disappointing stay. The person checking me was watching a movie on their phone. There were boxes laying around counter. My room was ice cold when I got in. It was also the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. There was a visible mess of wires coming out of the TV to the receiver box. But the absolute worst part was NO HAND SOAP of any kind in the room. The only soap available was the body wash in the shower. Extremely disappointing stay.”
