Lomamökit – Old Fort

”The tiny home was clean. The host was very accommodating. We enjoyed the fish pond & feeding the fish.”

”The only downside is the LP gas chargrill needs it's inside parts replaced or entire grill replacement. If your not into grilling then it's a mute point. Great place to enjoy the mountains of NC. Very nice accomodations, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. Super nice being beside the creek and very accessable to the trails of Old Fort.”

”Stunning views and super cute and cozy stay. The cabin was perfect for me and my husband.”

”This beautiful cottage is so perfectly located and beautifully appointed! Could not have been easier or better. Black Mountain, Montreat, Asheville -- you will see it all and stay in a convenient and super cute little house. Everything is new and nice and you'll love it!”

”We stayed here when dropping our child off for camp. The home was cozy and much better than simply staying at a hotel. The host was communicative and kind. Loved our stay!”

”The Country Girl Cottage is a peaceful hideaway behind the owner's home, nestled in beautiful, well-tended gardens. The front porch on the cottage is peaceful and wonderful for taking in the view of the gardens, reading, enjoying your morning coffee or your evening wine. The cottage itself is well-equipped and quaintly decorated with antique pieces and also a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The kitchen is small, but perfectly equipped for a weekend stay. We have now stayed at The Country Girl 4...

”This cottage was perfect for a last minute getaway. It was so clean and neat. There is everything you need available. Though we no longer have a fur baby, this place has everything set up for dogs you can think of. The owners have put a lot of thought and care into this rental. Black Mountain is a great town with so many restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!”

”Excellent!!”

”Host answered the phone right away when I had a question.”

”Perfect quiet get away. Property was beautiful, well maintained. The guide in the home has other properties owned by the same company that also look adorable and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute”

”Absolutely charming house and grounds. Very well stocked. For bird lovers, the birdsongs were wonderful. Lovely people. We walked to several restaurants and shops. We are definitely planning to return.”
