”Sweet, sunny, and comfortable. Great clean, air-conditioned space. Very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with great shower, large, wall mounted, flat screen TV, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, (although the k-cup machine leaked and then stopped working altogether on the 2nd day, and only one side of the 4-slice toaster worked. ”I’ve been in a ton of vacation rentals and this was, by far, the cleanest I have ever been in. Smelled like absolutely nothing. So great. Everything in the house was clean and really comfortable. Parking spots were great as the street got totally full even in bad weather.”

”Excellent location, as close as you can get to the pier. Large, clean and spacious unit. May cost a little more than a hotel room but you get what you pay for which in this case is more than worth the price. Great stay, excellent communication with owner. By far the nicest accommodations in Old Orchard Beach.”

”This was nice and cozy. It is one space with everything we needed. Located close to the beach and the tourist zone of this town. The Kitchennet has a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine. The sofa was a sofa bed and the outside area to sit down it is a nice touch.The only thing I did not like was to pay an additional insurance fee over the price of the stay. I could not find where this extra cost was aware. ”
