”The place was nice and clean. The only issue was that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was immediately repaired. The staff was helpful and prompt. We had an excellent stay. We will problem be back next year. Thank you very much.”

”Property was clean”

”This property is absolute garbage. The staff at the front desk were 0 help in any way. I called 7 times the night of our reservation to complain about the issues we found upon check in. Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare...

”This is an old house, and certain features could be deemed charming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated some of the amenities. However, it seemed worn and bare-bones in some aspects. For example, the AC in one of the bedrooms was a stand-alone unit that was jerry-rigged to vent out the window, and the other bedroom had no AC. The screen door was broken. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation...

”room was very modern, however some areas did not look well cleaned (edge if the bed had some dried white liquid). the surrounding area has nice shops but is very sketchy at night. did not feel comfortable with the parking situation. also at 6am sounded like maintenance or cleaning crew was constantly in and out of the elevator making tons of noise. was good for a night but wouldnt stay again.”

”Everything was great for our 2 nights girls trip of 3 of us staying in Portland. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even helping us choose a couple of restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft but on the firm side. We paid a little extra for our stay on breakfast which was ok for some of the choices, but also more than we expected. The coffee, however, was awful which was a big disappointment because we all want our coffee...
