”This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has asked me to take out my own trash, yet they still provided an envelope for housekeeping tips. Parking was very tight. Beds were terrible. It was like an old spring mattress on a platform from Amazon. The bathroom was TINY. They only provide local network channels, no cable. The photos don’t show the quality of the motel at all. The only positive really was the proximity to the beach and pier.”

”Check-in was at four and then checkout was at 10… That’s a very difficult timeframe no time to enjoy the property. We paid extra to stay until 1130 and that was $25. Very nice property too bad it just wasn’t accessible for a longer stretch…it was nice, great location…they work hard.”

”The staff were polite, the establishment clean. However, we called the helpline twice and no one answered. Apart from that, perfect ! ”

”Beach front”

”There were baggies of drugs outside my door. There was no key in my room I had to wait half an hour to leave so no one would get to my stuff”

”Homey”

”The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

”The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!”

”The location was a bit noisy and traffic in town quite heavy. It was a short stay, so I didn’t use the facilities much.”

”This was a last-minute booking because we found that the hotel we had booked months ago was condemned. As helpful as the two ladies were an amazing as they were checking us in I would not recommend staying here. Their beds are on thin wire frames. The mattress was as comfortable as a 30-year-old sofa bed mattress where springs are poking you. That wire frame and the thin mattress are then set onto metal box frames that slide on the floor every time you roll over. I didn’t sleep the whole two...

”It is an old Ramada. A little run down but staff was very quick to act when the ac went out. They fixed it right away. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. I would recommend it.”

”Clean room and easy parking”

”Room was clean and decent . I had no shampoo and asked a cleaner for some but he forgot so I got from front desk. Sink faucet was wiggling around but front desk also said thanks for noticing us we will fix that right a.s.a.p. lawn outside could use a mow. Breakfast first morning was not good. Sausage and eggs were ice cold with no microwave to warm up except for in the room. 2nd day was much better.”

”Clean room”

”The property was great for a couple. The breakfast was nice and the amenities were exactly what you’d expect. Older building but taken care of. We would certainly stay here again.”

”when in Portland you must stay there”

”Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...
