”This hotel is exceptional!”

”Clean and cozy! Loved it!”

”Very out dated. Key lock had to be juggled just right to get the door open. Black ick in kitchen sink drain. Bathroom sink in the bedroom. Closer to door than toilet/shower room. Do not disturb sign on the door, however, housekeeping tried to come in the room. Yes, they knocked first but we didn't want to be DISTURBED. We will not be going back to this hotel again!”

”Our favorite place to stay! The owners are welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean!”

”J'aurais aimé mettre 0 Étoile mais il n'avait pas l'option. C'est le pire expérience client que j'ai eu de tout ma vie. À notre arrivé les lits étaient brisés. Il avait une forte odeur de peinture à l'huile frais fait. Les fenêtres n'ouvraient pas. Ils n’ont rien fait pour nous aider. Nous avons dû loué à un autre hôtel et ils n'ont jamais voulu nous remboursé. la piscine et l'endroit pour le dejeuné et dans un autre endroit quand meme loin du batiment principal.”

”I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock...

”The staff were polite, the establishment clean. However, we called the helpline twice and no one answered. Apart from that, perfect ! ”

”Beach front”

”My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.”

”There were baggies of drugs outside my door. There was no key in my room I had to wait half an hour to leave so no one would get to my stuff”

”The staff were very kind and friendly. The pool was awesome. We however had a big leak from our ac when we arrived and when we called the office to help us they gave us towels and told us to wait until the morning for maintenance. In the morning we had to go back to the office to let them know it was urgent because we had been filling up pots of water all night and it got all over our toddlers bedding. They finally sent maintenance to empty the line but we weren’t compensated at all.”

”The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

”The location was a bit noisy and traffic in town quite heavy. It was a short stay, so I didn’t use the facilities much.”

”The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!”

”This was a last-minute booking because we found that the hotel we had booked months ago was condemned. As helpful as the two ladies were an amazing as they were checking us in I would not recommend staying here. Their beds are on thin wire frames. The mattress was as comfortable as a 30-year-old sofa bed mattress where springs are poking you. That wire frame and the thin mattress are then set onto metal box frames that slide on the floor every time you roll over. I didn’t sleep the whole two...

”There was no hot water in the morning to shower. When I notified them they said the boiler must have gone out”

”It is an old Ramada. A little run down but staff was very quick to act when the ac went out. They fixed it right away. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. I would recommend it.”
