”The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful! The pool was great and the room was perfect. Great area as well, not to close to the pier so it’s quite but close enough to have a short walk! Would definitely recommend!”

”The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

”Room was clean upon our arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the hot tub as well as the pool was clean and wonderful to relax in. The view from the beach was great. Short driving ditto the pier at old orchard beach with plenty of parking facilities at the old orchard beach, for very reasonable prices.”

”I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. In the reception area there is a wonderful coffee/tea selection, a hot/cold water fountain, along with pastries There is also a bowl of different chocolates or candy on the counter, that I am sure the staff hated to see me coming everyday. ”I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock...

”First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

”Very nice motel right on the beach. We had everything in our room, a kitchenette, fridge, two nice beds with a separator. Nicely designed room. We will definitely use this place again.”

”It was a well-maintained property, although the last night we were there the hot tub wasn't hot and it had been wonderful previously. Their towels are lousy, but other than that, it was very enjoyable. The room had a table and 2 chairs and outside the door there were 2 chairs and an end table. The bed was great, but I did have a problem getting up there - it's very high up and I'm short. The shower was GREAT! You can adjust the pressure. If you want sun in the AM or PM, ask for one or the other....

”There were crumbs by the coffee maker when we arrived.; the ceiling tiles above the shower had water damage and the toilet when flushed always looked like it was going to flow over. The shower had only one pressure flow and it was light so took much longer to get shampoo out of hair. Shampoo and body wash available is poor quality so we bought our own. No broom available in the room to get rid of sand, but could go to the sister motel two buildings down and ask for one to use or get ice there...
