”The host was super sweet and helpful. This place has everything that you need, and if you need more, she will likely figure out a way to get it to you. It’s a cute place, not fancy- quaint and the location is perfect. It was just what we were looking for.”

”Every team member that we encountered were friendly and professional. The lobby was welcoming and clean, as was the guestroom. Two suggestions I would offer would be - 1. Room darkening shades would be helpful. And 2. Our guestroom door could use some attention, as it was hard to close securely. But I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”Loved everything about it Except the room wasn’t that clean. There was chips on the floor. And it looked like the sheets were not changed. There is hair and sand in the bed. The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best”

”The room was clean, organized, smelled good, staff was helpful in many ways from help with ice to breakfast refills Coffee was always available with decaffeinated, regular, flavored wather was full of fruits and ice We had a nice experience. Plenty parking spots and short ride to down town”

”The staff was really never around; we kind of had to fend for ourselves. It would be really nice if there was cold water and ice available - had to fend for ourselves again.”

”I had a very disappointing experience. Although I booked through Expedia, the property canceled my reservation, claiming there was a payment issue, even though my booking had been confirmed. While I was driving, I was first told another room was available, then later informed there was no room after all. Instead of trying to help, the owner blamed me for the situation and ended the call abruptly. Thankfully, I found another hotel that treated me much better. I would not stay here again.”

”Was nice having a kitchen. We were able to make a hot breakfast, grocery store was across the street. It was conveniently located close to Portland Maine and right off interstate. Perfect for 1 night stop over.”

”Very barebones hotel. Room with the beds was clean, but has a musty smell during the entire length of stay. The bathroom was very much in need of improvements. Black mold was showing through the paint around the shower stall. Great water pressure though. Cleanliness was also questionable. Thick black hair stuck to wall in a couple places in the bathroom.”

”Dirty rooms. The bed was filthy and we had bugs crawling on us that looked like bed bugs when the lights went off. Hotel changed our room to then give us a “new clean room” inspected the bed and didn’t find any dirt or bug like issues but did find crushed candy in the carpet and food behind the TV.”

”Sunny is a very nice man the room was absolutely perfect & very clean they have a inside pool heated the location is perfect its close to all grocery gas food in between 2 beaches we had a amazing 4 day vacation & definitely will be back soon,TY for having us”
