”No 1 the price changed last min I was suppose the get a 100$ off one key card application the outside pool we couldn’t even lay in the sun the inside pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t that hot , Should have been charged for the price since hotel didn’t fit the description . I would never stay there again and for starters it sent us to wrong quality inn . The Jett tub in the room looked nasty we had to buy bleach and cln jet tub and shower the door to balcony was broke ”

”We were passing through on a road trip and stopped here due to its location. Our group had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We’ve been to the area many times but this was the first time staying here. While we asked more than once and they said our rooms were side by side, they weren’t but were close enough. The place was clean and each room had plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff was pleasant and warm and the breakfast was hot with many choices. Since our time was short we weren’t able to use...

”The microwave didn't work. The stove was disconnected and not mentioned in booking that was disconnected for safety reasons. Also our toilet made weird noises all the time. Bathroom had rusted fixtures. Customer service was horrible called for towels and never showed up had to go to the front office to request towels. I do not recommend”

”The room was clean but small one king size bed and a couch the slept two. The Bathroom was very small, as a matter of fact you had to close the door to sit on the toilet. A very small sink outside the bathroom to brush your teeth, face or anything you might want to do, that you would normally do in your bathroom. The TV had only local stations, but some would say it had not connection. We could only get one channel. We had to go and buy a firestick to watch the TV.

”The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination.”

”The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...
