”Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.”

”This was my second time staying here. The motel is in a good location, only about 15 mins from the Alyeska ski resort. Rooms was clean and warm (I stayed in March), and I would say quiet but when you have "horses" staying next door, you here their jumping and kicking and drumming... There was coffee, tea and teamaker, microwave and fridge in the room.
Checking was quick and simple. I received an sms with the details and all went well. I like the large eagle statue outside the motel.”

”The pool was okay as far as cleanliness but it was way too chilly for me and my granddaughter to swim and play in. I realize there is a cost associated with a heated pool but in the winter it would have been a nice treat. I was told it was at room temperature and apparently that is considered warm enough to some people just not for me! Highly disappointed especially since there isn’t a hot tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a nice pool.”
