”We were very happy with the accommodations at the Lucerene. The room was very clean, the staff was so nice, the food at the restaurant was very good and it even had a nice bar. We were very happy with our stay.”

”We booked this hotel last minute, and the availability may have been an indicator of what to expect. Check-in was quick and easy, which was appreciated.
Upon arrival, the parking lot and exterior appearance were somewhat concerning, as the area looked a bit run-down and parking seemed unorganized. The walk from the front desk to the room was warm and stuffy, though the distance itself was not an issue.
One concern was that our room door was unlocked when we arrived, which felt unsettling. The...

”Nice clean hotel however price is over the top. You’re paying for convenience. No free breakfast After my stay my credit card I used for only a bottle of water was hacked.”

”It's an older property and parts of it are currently being refurbished.
We arrived late so didn't have a chance to check out the other amenities.
It's right is the highway and very easy to get to. Staff was very friendly”

”The hotel itself was nice and the room as well but the no microwave situation was not expected. There’s a shared microwave in the lobby…. The fridge was only on for two hours and then turns off. So that was not the best. The breakfast was included but I was disappointed with the options. Also was louder than I expected but the location was right off the Highway.”

”The property was nice. The room was a little outdated the rug was frayed and looked to be bare in one spot. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The room was huge we had 2 queens/double with a pull out couch which we paid for but still huge. The dollar amount spent did not make up for the uncomfortable beds though. Breakfast was great in the morning and staff was very friendly.”
