”Our 2 room's smelt like mold or very old carpet it was unpleasant. the pool water was green and instantly burnt your skin and eyes as we were in the pool for a a very short time ”

”The room was great, had everything we needed. Location was good - away from the noise of the city, but close enough to everything we were there for. Breakfast was okay, but a little more hot variety or change up would have been nice. Overall, we had a great stay!”

”First, Patrick was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly and telling us about the hotels amenities. Next, we ordered an accessible room since I’m visually impaired and to our liking the bathroom was wonderful with a step in shower instead of a bathtub and there were plugs that were low enough for wheelchair to reach. ”Where do I even start. First the hotel is under construction (which is fine) but there was no warnings online when booking. Pool closed, gym closed, bistro/bar that’s supposed to be open also closed, no ice machine available. We got the king bed with sofa/full size pull out bed, which was actually a twin size bed. One outlet worked. Whole room smelled terrible, one trash can in the room and there was still trash left out on the dresser. Balcony had bags of trash and cigerettes on the ground and...

”Hotel was just fine for our three day stay to visit our son. The hotel is a bit worn, the sheer curtain in our room was ripped, but it was clean and very convenient for our needs. The breakfast was also fine, with eggs, sausage, bread, fruit, cereal, etc. Would stay again if needed. ”

”The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.”
