”Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful.”

”The physical atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. the staff were less than helpful. They openly admitted making an error that ended up putting an additional hold on my card in excess of $250 over what the room bill was. Their response: “we apologize but you will just need to wait for your bank to release the hold”. And they don’t provide any receipts at time of check-in or check-out….you are at the mercy of waiting for their emails.”

”This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.”

Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. ”The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”
