”The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed.
On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”

”Our stay was good. Not great, just good. At checkin, I found out I needed to pay $10 for parking!!! The room was clean, but a little dated, but the price was reasonable. The AC made a loud noise all day and night, and was difficult to manage the temperature. Breakfast was just ok, with a very small area for eating. Bed was very comfortable though. Staff was helpful.”

”The free airport shuttle was extremely late. Waited a hour and a half when its supposed to pick up every 30 minutes. The driver was rude and the step getting out of the shuttle was broken and we almost fell. The hotel is under construction and was not notified or informed of this prior to arrival. ”The room is large with a big tv. The towels are low quality, small, thin, and rough. We asked multiple times for them to clean our room, but it wasn’t done in our three day stay. There is no place to hang towels, so we had to request towels daily. I researched this hotel and found great reviews, but was surprised to discover that I was mislead. If this hotel was better maintained, I think it would’ve been a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the colorful quilts were nice.”
