Fish cleaning station, green light and everything you need to have your own fishing adventure. Just bring a pole. I got a ticket parking on the street. Being told there was no parking on that side of the street would of been a little helpful but also my fault for not noticing the signs. ”This is a great property to view the launches as it's right at the south end of the canal. The property is nice and has plenty of space for at least 4 people. I did have a few hiccups with the door code, but management helped right away so only a minor inconvenience. You do need to pay the recreation fee to be in the property, but there is a fun chip and put 18 hole course on premise. Just a short drive over to South Padre Island. You have an unblocked view to the launch tower across the channel...
