”Wonderful clean and spacious room with wonderful staff”

”Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked”

”Great location, helpful staff; bar is small with very limited (but tasty) food choices; cafe is good for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc but no full breakfast options. Room is very small and dated, but is fine for a night or two with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water, though the steam from the shower triggered the smoke detector (twice), and had to run dripping into the room with a towel to wave until it subsided (no adjacent alarms...

”Our room smelt terrible and it didn’t look like our bed was changed and hotel was under construction but paid a lot of money to stay here.”

”Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. Another parent from our team arrived and was told...
