”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”I suspect this "toilet issue" is a one-off. We will happily stay with HIE in Lacey WA in the future. That being said - the toilet in our room was the smallest production unit made by American Standard - "Baby Devoro" is the official designation. Child Size does not begin to describe the thing. Doll house perhaps? Munchkin Land? I'm 6'1" at 205 lbs. (not fat) but seat use was effectively impossible. I'll let your imagination have a workout. Two standard toilet paper rolls could balance...

”We had a great stay at this hotel. They’re doing some renovations right now, so a few areas were closed off and they had a temporary dining room, but the staff did everything to keep us comfortable. The rooms are huge, modern, and beautifully updated. I’d love to come back once the work is finished. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the price was pretty reasonable.”

”The place itself was pretty nice the staff checking in was not. Required to see ID of every single person staying the night even me and my husband who weren’t even staying just dropping off my parents and grandparents. I thought that was weird and how the staff went about the whole process of checking in constantly answering other phones and ignoring us and our questions as well as rolling her eyes multiple times and sighing.”
