• 800 square feet with two stories, two sleeping areas, two full bathrooms and living space with a kitchen, all in a two-story open studio space.
• Downstairs is a queen bed separated from the living space area by a full-height partial wall, and counter-height dining for six.
• Downstairs offers the living space and kitchen. The living space has a sofa/wall bed (queen sleeper sofa), fireplace, television, DVD player and portable A/C unit.
• Upstairs provides a queen bed, desk, and bathroom.
• The updated kitchen includes utensils, a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top, and oven.
• There are two full bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower. The upstairs has a completely remodeled bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.
• The Premium Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

The portable air conditioning unit sits in the living room to help if there are some hot Tahoe Days.

If that is not enough, the entire condominium is filled with beautiful photographs that are easy to sit and enjoy.

As you enter the beautifully renovated kitchen features new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Across is the first-floor bed area separated from the kitchen zone with a floor-to-ceiling partial wall for additional privacy.

The bed zone is also blocked from the living area by a uniquely designed tall granite counter dining bar that seats six in leather chairs. It is a great room divider, and fun gathering zone for some game playing.

The living room is designed for relaxation with a gas fireplace, sofa (queen sleeper-sofa), and two comfy luscious leather chairs. A coffee table is there to hold your après favorites. Whether you're sipping on hot cocoa or enjoying a glass of wine, this relaxing space is the perfect place to unwind.

Upstairs is the loft great escape zone. The bed zone has a queen bed and a tall dresser. It also has a curtain that closes it off for privacy. There is a desk if needed and a bathroom with beautiful tile upgrades.

Guests will enjoy the on-site amenities at ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge, including the outdoor summer swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor sauna and steam room, and very popular ping pong room! You are located just steps from 42 resort chair lifts, iconic KT22, and the base-to-base gondola that connects you to Alpine Meadows ski resort.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
