”disappointing stay after paying extra for a forest-view room
I booked a forest-view room through Expedia and paid a premium for it. A standard room without that view was cheaper. When I arrived, I was given a first-floor room facing the back of shops. It felt like one of the worst rooms they could assign at that price. No one offered the forest view I had paid for.

”Great accommodations for 6. Just enough room. The resort options for eating were excellent. The Hot Tubs were awesome. Should have enough robes for the capacity of the rooms. Concierge was accommodating when we needed a booze run as there was not an option on site. The shops at the resort were great and had almost everything we needed.Skiing was awesome although it was 65-70 all 3 days...glad I brought shorts.”
