”Very likable little place. More homey than a hotel. Gracious host. Generous breakfast. There are some convenient and tasty food options nearby. Its a bit of a walk to get up or down the hill to the town or the ruins in the heat of day. Street parking was free and fairly attainable. Do be prepared for the small cash city tax at checkout. 4€ per night. Why can this not be included at booking time? Bring an Italian (type c) vs continental europe power adapter. (Type f)”

”We stayed at Villa La Lumia for six nights. At first we were afraid the stay would be too long but we were wrong. It was a pity to leave. Villa La Lumia is located in a beautiful place near Valley of the Temples. It was nice to have breakfast under an olive tree and look at the temples and the Mediterranean. The staff lived in the same yard and every morning there was fresh lemon juice from their own garden. Luigi and Piero were very helpful. We could not have asked for more.”

”Spacious room with wonderful interior design. Location is superb. Wifi worked well. Breakfast is served by a cafe very near, just few steps away from the building, and you can choose one of the two cafe options. There should be more info during check-in what you get for breakfast in each cafe (like is it “all you can eat” or fixed set etc.). The first morning we went to Le Cuspidi and could choose drinks and what ever we wanted from the showcase. The second morning we went to Bar Pasticceria...

”We are a family of four and the Quadruple room was perfect for us. Giusy was great, responsive and accommodating. While we were unloading luggage from our car, she found and pointed out a parking spot for us, right next to the hotel, which saved us hassles of driving to a paid parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful. Our stay in Agrigento was brief but La Nuova Girgenti made it special. We will be back.”

”Well maintained beach area accommodation with secure access, parking arrangements for no fee and clean and modern hotel like unit. There was shared space that you could choose to use for the kitchen. The spaces were comfortable, clean and bright with our unit that was east facing for beautiful sunrises! Seven or eight minutes away from the Greek temples. I wonderful placed homebase for a couples getaway.”

”All that was the B&B was new. The room was large by European standards. The hostess checked in with me several times each day providing recommendations for sightseeing, meals, laundry, and anything else I might ask of her. I've been traveling Europe for over 30-days straight and this is by far the best accommodation I've secured. ”

”Erittäin helppo sisään buukkaus. Uusi, siisti ja hienosti sisustettu boutique B&B (kuin korkeatasoinen pikkuhotelli). Huoneistossa upea parveke merinäkymin. Palvelu ystävällistä ja aamiainen erinomainen, tosin kahvi suomalaisittain laimeaa. Sänky hyvä nukkua ja sijainti kätevä (lähellä keskustaa sekä Valle dei Templi -nähtävyyttä). Erittäin rauhallinen, joten hyvät yöunet ovat taattuja. Liikuntaesteisille ehkä vaikea, koska portaita ja jyrkkä ylämäki katutasolla olevan hissin ollessa iltaisin...

”It was a very nice with a full kitchen, including refrigerator. There was a modern bathroom with a nice shower. The room is on the 11th floor of the building but there's an elevator so no problem. It was quiet on that floor. You're really close to the train station which is great. Claudio, the host, the good job communicating with me during my stay and was attentive to anything I needed.”

”Aldo made us feel so welcome and gave us great recommendations to see things around the area. This place is highly recommended and located in a great spot at the top of the hill.”

”When we arrived the owner had not received our booking from Hotels.com. He said that this has been a problem in the past. He found us an accommodation at another B&B so we had a place to stay for the night. The room was very nice and the bathroom was huge. We had an early bus out the next morning and they arranged for us to access the breakfast room early.”
