”There were lots of ladybugs, both dead and alive, on the floors and walls of the room as well as in the shower. The AC unit was too large for the room making it act as a dehumidifier instead of colling the room. The bed was definitely not Queen sized as advertised. Chose the hotel because it was one of Choice Hotel's Ascend hotels. We had higher expectations.”

”The cabin was clean and nicely decorated, and the manager was kind and quick to respond. Unfortunately, the furniture was very uncomfortable—the sofa was difficult to sit on and the beds weren’t any better. There were also an overwhelming number of rules, repeated in emails, a binder, and a pamphlet. I even had to strip the beds and take all the linens to the laundry room myself. I had to empty all trash and take it to the curbside trash can. I could not use the dishwasher. All dishes had to...

”There was a used towel on the bed when we arrived. The rooms have an odd smell, and so do the pillows. Otherwise it was an okay stay. The bed was very comfortable.”
