”Room was clean”

”Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

”Room was not available until an hour after check in, lack of proper communication for staff (front desk had to call and text house keeping to get an update, told wrong room at first and had to again wait for a response for the right room). Our family of 5 was staying in the suite we only had 3 towels, no bedding for the sofa bed, the kitchen and bathroom needed better cleaning, the arms of the sofa are badly stained/miscolored, the AC was broken and being on the 8th floor our room remained 77-80...

”Good Staff & great motel”

”wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

”Very nice stay in Old City. The stairs are intense, especially with luggage. Nice layout with 2 beds.”

”The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable.”

”Very quaint cute boutique! Was better than expected! Bed was super comfy and we loved our balcony!”

”Can’t complain much about the hotel. My room was very tiny but doable and a good size bathroom. The problem was we had to walk a block and a half to get to our car in another parking lot. There was no parking around the facility. remember though it was several minutes watched many things we wanted to see very close to a lot of things.”

”We stayed here for our anniversary and this hotel is so nice! The rooms are so neat and we loved it!”

Hotellista on vaikea löytää mitään vikaa. Sääli ettei ympäristöstä voi sanoa samaa. Kadulla oli liikkeellä todella epämääräistä porukkaa emmekä halunneet lähteä hotellilta ulos enää pimeän tultua.”

”Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.”

”A nice and spacious apartment, good breakfast and good location. ”
