”We stayed November 29th, the lady on the front desk at 8pm, was awesome, so so kind and helpful!! I wish I would have gotten her name!! She deserves a raise, no one is that kind and accommodating anymore!! She was wonderful!”

”This hotel met all the usual hotel expectations - clean room, amenities, but the staff were just exceptional. They were accommodating, and pleasant, and went above expectations In friendliness. They took the time to visit with us, laugh with us and just made for a wonderful experience. Enjoy your stay!”

”Didn’t have breakfast ”

”Everything about our stay was excellent. The lobby, hallways and room were very clean. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Vouchers were given for 2 complimentary drinks at happy hour. Free breakfast. There’s a covered walkway to Destiny USA but you have to walk outside for a short walk to get to the walkway. Compared to our stay 2 years ago there is a new $16/stay parking charge. But overall I really recommend this hotel if you’re specifically going to the mall.”

”Need a full restaurant ”

”Hailey was super friendly. I told Her I had to checkout at 4:30 am and would not be able to have breakfast. She put a bagel and some fruit in a bag for me and I got it when I checked out. It was so nice. It set the tone for the whole day. She’s a keeper!”
