”De kamers zijn mooi en netjes, de bedden goed. Fijne kussens. Wij zaten op de 11e verdieping, fijn idee dat niemand zonder kamersleutel de lift kan bedienen. Met de auto zit je zo weer op de snelweg en het parkeren is ruim voldoende.
Het zwembad is heerlijk, niet groot. 1 saunacabine, een stoomcabine en een sneeuwdouche. Verwacht dus geen heel uitgebreide sauna.
Wij hebben een ontspannende massage genomen, deze was heerlijk. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden. ”
”Really cosy hotel in the middle of this beautiful town. Stayed 3 nights. The service was really friendly upon arrival, but service at breakfast was very slow. Last morning the service was slow AND rude. My colleague even said that I think the waitress really does not want us here. We had to ask for service and this dark haired girl with freckles forced herself to come and serve us with her face showing that she really does not want to work there. ”

”Nice hotel and friendly staff. Great location right next to the Bussum Zuid train station if you want for example to do a day trip to Amsterdam by train (it takes about half an hour). You can also park your car next to the hotel for free.”
"A nice, clean and youthful hotel. Breakfast was limited but we found everything we needed and it was tasty.
The toilet in the room had a glass wall and especially if you travel with a friend it’s not nice that all the sounds can be heard in the room. The toilet brush was also missing.
It was quite a long walk from the hotel to the ferry and on returning after a long day it felt like too long to walk. Renting a bike would have helped.
However, we were happy with the overall experience and can recommend the hotel."
"We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment.
Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.
Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail.
While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay."

I wasnt able to do so because of my duties in the city. So I had to go to my meeting without the possibility to go to my room to change my clothes, etc."

The reception personnel was incredibly nice, professional and friendly, and the room also exceeded my expectations with great views and very comfortable interior.
