”Quite an excellent resort near the national park. This is probably one on the best choises. Maybe a bit too polite staff as a normal Finnish person feels quite awkward when taken care of too much. We had the dinner buffet included and it was very good. So was the breakfast. The only huge minus comes from Wi-Fi that did not work in the room at all. Maybe it was only temporarily down.”

”We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive. ”Unfortunately I am not able to review Dil Lanka Safari Resort, because when we arrived, the manager was very surprised to see us and said that he had no booking from us (three people, two rooms). Ultimately it was resolved (with help from our Sri Lankan driver) and we were given our money back (booking was prepaid).
