”Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!”

”Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!”

Grazie !”

”Property was conveniently located for the historic town. Very quiet for sleeping. No person on site but any questions were quickly answered by text message.,”

”Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place.”

”Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!”

”Pieni, mutta remontoitu, siisti huone ja erinomainen kylpyhuone. Hotellihuoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava kompaktissa koossa. Hyvä aamiainen.”

”Not good”

”Hyvä sijainti. Moderni ja siisti huone. Parveke aukiolle. Aamiaisella runsas tarjonta. ”

”LOVED everyone here! Great location and amazing stay! Thank you!!”

”Our stay was excellent and the Room we had selected was perfect for our needs, basically a large apartment. Location was simply amazing, with a spectacular view from the balcony of the Teatro, we even got to witness the Italian President arrive for a private event from the balcony while we were there which was really cool to say the least. Located just above a lovely cafe with all we could ask for coffee and a cornetto in the morning, drinks in the afternoon and a late night gelato if we wanted....

”very modern, clean and excellent location. Out side of the street you couldn’t think the b&b is so modern. It was quiet and peaceful and the beds are confy. Breakfast was simple, but theres a selection of bread, yogurt, fruits and sweets like croissants and cake. Staff was friendly and helpfull, gave us recommondations of places to visit, a city map and allquestions were answered. Place is close to politeama theather, and bus to Mondello beach leaves from few blocks away.”
