Developed on two levels, on the ground floor it consists of a large living room with a window overlooking the beautiful terrace, two double bedrooms with single beds, a single bedroom, two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. Upstairs the double bedroom with sitting room, walk-in closet, small terrace and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the gulf and the shared swimming pool. Two parking spaces are also available for guests. The closest beach is 900 meters away.
