”There is a front desk down at the main office, but most assistance is provided remotely 24/7 by the app or text. They are very responsive. We stayed in the Roundhouse right on the cove, the view was amazing and we really enjoyed it. We arrived at the end of the season and it was very quiet.”

”Very nice location with nice staff. Julia was very friendly at the front desk. However for the price charged I would expect a bed that is comfortable not one that feels like plywood. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a highly priced hotel rooms. They need to seriously upgrade their beds. Just awful couple night sleep.”

”Charming b & b. Very nice staff. Good amenities. While I didn’t partake in breakfast, rumor has it , it’s delicious. Pretty property. Vintage beautiful house. I’d highly recommend to both couples and solo travelers. Location is very close to the quaint town of Eastsound and Moran State Park”

”It’s very basic considering the cost. The bed is very soft and not particularly comfortable with 2 people of different weights.
Everything just felt a bit thrown together, which is ok but at this price point we had higher expectations.”

”Clean and comfortable. Beautiful bay. Very quiet. Good internet once you signed into the network. Check-in would have been just fine (the communication was good to ensure contact with the virtual front desk, in a spotty internet area) but I don’t believe our keypad was programmed correctly. Fortunately, a maintenance guy just happened to be in the building and was able to correct the problem. ”
