”This hotel is ideally located- within walking distance from the Zion National Park Visitor Center. The property gardens are beautifully maintained and has a great view of the virgin river and mountains. The service can definitely improve for the price of the hotel room being charged-not sure if they were short staffed. The breakfast room service dishes were never picked up from outside our room till late evening- i had to call the front desk to send someone. The lobby is extremely small. ”

”Perfectly located near all the delicious eateries in Springdale and walkable to the Zion entrance. The coffee was delicious, grab some the night before if you like coffee before 7:30!, and the brown bag breakfast was just enough to fuel us until lunchtime. We wish the pool had been open but hopefully soon! Daily room service is not something you get often anymore and was a nice touch. Looking forward to a return stay. ”

”Overall, it's a nice ranch to stay at as you will see bison and other animals around. The only complaint is that the location is far from the Zion National Park Visitor Center. You need to wait before entering the tunnel as it's narrow, so you have to give way to bigger cars. The total travel time between the ranch and the visitor center takes about 45 minutes one way.”

”Nice updated rooms that are very clean. We took advantage of the laundry facility on site. The bus stop for the shuttle to and from Zion National Park is very convenient and since it is one of the first stops to the park, you are sure to get a seat. All self-service. ”The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. ”
