Sophisticated Villa Bevel House is situated on the Pelješac Peninsula, the longest Dalmatian peninsula, precisely in the wine-growing region Postup.
Postup is part of the municipality of Orebić, located five kilometers away, belonging to the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Therefore, the Bevel House villa is positioned on the slopes of the southwest coast of the island, providing panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from all rooms as it extends horizontally in front of the villa.

The villa covers an area of 260 m2, and the land area is an impressive 1096 m2. Bevel House Villa will captivate you at first sight with its modern appearance, luxurious furnishings, and extravagant interior design.

The nearest beach, Ovrata Beach, is located west of Bevel House, just 600 meters away, while Mokalo Beach, also sandy, is to the east of the villa. If you are a fan of fine tastes and want to delight your palate, there are restaurants five kilometers away from the villa. These establishments offer a rich gastronomic selection with local ingredients and traditional recipes.

Bevel House Villa features a 36 m2 infinity pool, with a depth of 1.65 m. If you wish to bask in the sun after swimming while reading interesting literature or simply enjoying the sunlight, you can do so beside the pool on eight modern sun loungers.

The villa accommodates up to eight people, and featuring four rooms, a gym, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. All rooms and the gym are air-conditioned. Three rooms have three double beds (210 X 200, 210 X 180, and 200 X 180), while the fourth room has two separate beds (200 X 100). Sauna and massages are available upon request, providing a special relaxation experience.

You will undoubtedly enjoy the open view from absolutely all areas of this villa. In the courtyard, there is an outdoor barbecue, creating the perfect opportunity for a family lunch and gatherings with close friends. Four parking spaces are available in front of the villa. Due to underfloor heating and a fireplace, the villa can be rented even during the colder periods of the year.

Postup is located on the southwest coast of the Pelješac Peninsula, in a well-known vineyard. Besides the famous vineyards sharing the same name as the town, this area offers magical moments of relaxation with crystal-clear sea, sandy beaches, and the shade of pine trees, far from overcrowded cities and urban environments. This is ideal for guests who want to fully enjoy a peaceful oasis.
