With a capacity of up to 12 guests – ideally 11 adults and 1 child – in 6 bedrooms, this villa is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your ideal holiday.

On the ground floor, you will find an airy open-plan living area with modern amenities such as a TV and Netflix, as well as access to a spacious balcony and terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals.

The first floor features four air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views. The master bedroom impresses with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom, and a sofa bed (90x200 cm). The other three bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is an additional air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a private bathroom, and a sea view. On the mezzanine floor, there is a room – a playroom with a sofa bed for one person, measuring 90x200 cm.

Guests can enjoy free access to the villa’s relaxing sauna. For additional entertainment, a PlayStation and four stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are available. For barbecue lovers, the villa offers an outdoor grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals in the open air.

The villa’s luxurious outdoor space offers unforgettable moments of relaxation and enjoyment. This paradise includes an impressive 26 m2 infinity heated saltwater pool, ideal for cooling off while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. After a refreshing swim, relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool or cool off under the outdoor shower.

For sun protection, umbrellas are provided, and pool towels ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Prepare delicious grilled meals and enjoy family or social gatherings in the outdoor dining area for 12 people, located in the beautifully landscaped garden. In the evenings, unwind in the garden lounge area on the terrace, offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Villa Maris Viganj is more than just accommodation – it’s a place where all your needs are met. The price includes concierge service upon request during daytime hours, light housekeeping twice a week (including bed-making, vacuuming, floor cleaning, and dishwashing), and regular towel and linen changes. Additional cleaning is available upon request at 25 euro per hour. The garden and pool are maintained daily, and guests have access to a private area with sun loungers and umbrellas on the public villa beach. The villa also provides a villa manager, private parking, free Wi-Fi, and pool towels. Tourist tax is included in the price.

Upon request, we offer additional services such as a baby crib and a high chair. Pets are allowed upon prior agreement and may incur additional charges. Various concierge services are available for an extra fee, including a private chef, transfer services, breakfast preparation, restaurant reservations, a private boat mooring, babysitting, and more.

Prices are shown for 10 persons. If additional persons are staying, the price increases per day per person. The price for an extra person during the period 13.06 – 18.09.2026 is 75.00 euro per day per person. For all other periods, the price is 50.00 euro per day per person.

For all bookings of 7 nights or more, light cleaning (up to 2 hours) is included in the price; towels are changed as needed up to twice per week.
