Kaunis merinäköalakoti Oregonin majesteettisella rannikolla

Brookingsin venesatamassa, Oregonissa, tällä rannikkokodilla on yksinkertainen ylellisyys ja upeat näkymät satamaan ja Tyynellemerelle ja helppo pääsy KAIKKIIN.

Koti tarjoaa 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta kolmitasoisessa asettelussa. Päätasolla on kirjasto, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, kylpyhuone, makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode ja sisäänkäynti olohuoneeseen, ruokasaliin ja keittiöön. Yläportaiden tasolla on makuuhuone, kylpyhuone ja makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode. Alakerran tasossa on pelihuone, jossa on ylimääräinen nukkuja, kylpyhuone ja makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode. Kaikki vuodevaatteet ovat uusia, kiinnittäen erityistä huomiota ylellisyyteen ja mukavuuteen.

Etukäynti ja huone, jossa edessä oleva ikkuna, näyttävät kauniilta rauhalliselta pihalta. Kaikista takaosaan päin olevista ikkunoista (ylempi ja alempi) on näkymät satamaan ja Tyynelle valtamerelle. Olohuoneessa on 17 jalkaa korkeat katot, runsaasti istumapaikkoja 10, puulämmitteinen takka, ylelliset lattianpäällysteet, 65 tuuman televisio, dvd-soitin, kaapeli ja wifi sekä korkealaatuinen kaapelipaketti. Ruokapöydässä on runsaasti istumapaikkoja vähintään 8: lle tai uudemmalle, sekä stereo- ja dvd-soitin. Keittiössä on täydet varusteet, siinä on pöydän asetukset vähintään 12: lle henkilölle, huippuluokan keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineet sekä työtason laitteet, kuten espressokoneet ja keittiötilat. Pelihuoneessa on klassisia peliesineitä, stereot, televisio ja dvd-soitin, kaapeli ja koko talon wifi.

Marina ja Ranta pääsy sijaitsevat alle 1/4 mailin päässä ja vain lyhyen ajomatkan autolla, skootterilla tai polkupyörällä (5 minuuttia). Koti sijaitsee myös Chetco-joen suulla ja sillä on hyvä mikroilmasto. Tämä alue on Wild Rivers -rannikon linja Klamath-joen, Smith-joen, Winchuck-joen, Chetco-joen ja Pistol-joen kanssa, jotka kaikki yhtyvät Tyynenmeren alueelle 40 mailin päässä. Ulkoilma-aktiviteetteja on runsaasti retkeilystä, kalastuksesta, rapistamisesta, melonnasta, veneilystä, purjehdusta, surffausta, pyöräilyä, retkeilyä ja myös metsästämistä.

We were lucky enough to book this wonderful location for the Memorial Day Weekend which included the Azalea Festival in Brookings. The house was perfect! Large and spacious, clean with classy decor, light and bright. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a beverage while watching the boats come in and out of the river and into the harbor. Beds were awesome and the kitchen was well organized, especially for a family that cooks! We enjoyed every aspect of this location. Thank you to our wonderful hosts, David and Sain!

This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, well furnished, well organized, had everything you need to have an amazing stay in Brookings. The view was beautiful from the main level and the lower and upper bedrooms. Even the one bedroom that did not have an ocean view had a nice view of the front yard which was also lovely. Tastefully decorated comfortable beds and cozy couches. It was rainy during our stay and the real fireplace with wood provided was absolutely one of my very very favorite things. The easy peasy directions for leaving the house after our stay was another bonus. Take the trash out and dishes in the dishwasher. And leave! I would give this place six stars if I could. Family of eight adults perfect visit!

This property was of the nicest we've ever stayed, and so reasonable! We had three couples, and all were very comfortable, including a lower floor that's like its own apartment and an upper floor with lovely bed and bath and awesome view of the harbor. The kitchen was well-appointed and an easy one for a group to hang-out. The deck is wonderful for cocktails in the sun. And, we could bring the dog - Thanks so much!!

I could go on forever with how amazing this location was to stay at for a week! The house was very spacious for our large party, Sian was awesome to work with and very responsive, we loved the views, beautiful gardens, the house was very well kept and had everything we needed! From beginning to end, it was beautiful. The pictures didn’t do the view and house justice. It was incredibly restful and perfect to have family come for dinner! Gourmet kitchen with everything you needed to cook with. Beds were so comfortable! Incredibly clean. Never wanted to leave. Beautiful Home Beautiful Area We usually make it to the Oregon Coast every year for vacation. This has been by far our favorite VRBO rental to date. We found this house to be exceptional. The layout of the house was great with everyone having their own space and bathroom. The cooks in the family were very impressed with how well equipped and nice the kitchen was. The house was immaculate with higher end furnishings which you don't always find in rentals. The view of the harbor and ocean from the deck was wonderful. What a perfect place to begin and end your day. The pictures and reviews are spot on. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts. We arrived to a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee on the counter and to top it off was given a free night. They were very helpful in letting us know good places to eat in the Brookings area. WOW these people are amazing, very very kind folks!!! We will definitely be back.

This home is lovely looking out on the Brookings harbor. Beautiful sunsets and deck to relax on. Our hosts are gracious and readily available for any questions. Very clean and comfortable bedding and towels. The kitchen has most everything you’ll need to cook and entertain around a large table and bedrooms are nicely appointed with recliners in the master to take in the view. Don’t miss out on this lovely home with a cozy front courtyard too.
