  • Meidän huoneisto "Sea Palm" sijaitsee Orient Bay Beach, Ranskan puolella, Saint Martin- säännöllisesti äänestäneet joukossa rannoista Karibialla - tarjoaa 2 mailin pitkä valkoinen hiekkaranta ja vuoden lämmin turkoosi vesillä. Huoneisto sijaitsee Mount Vernon monimutkainen hiljainen Pohjois loppuun Orient Bay suoraan rannalle. Sekä uima-allas ja ranta ovat jalat, alle 1 min. Vuodesta huoneisto. 10-15 min kävelymatkan alas rantaan vie lukuisia ravintoloita, putiikkeja ja vesiurheiluun.
    "Sea Palm" sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa "Saba" rakentaminen Mt Vernon- joka on eturivissä, esteetön upeat näkymät rannalle, lähisaarille, vuoret sekä trooppisten palmulehdon ympäröivän allasalue. Tilava 8m2 parveke on erinomainen paikka nauttia aamiaista, cocktaileja ja romanttisia illallisia. Parveke liukuva lasiovi avautuu kokonaan ylös ja piiloutuu sivuseinän tasku- luoda upea sisä / ulkotila.
    "Sea Palm" on täysin remontoitu ja uusittu rauhallisessa nykyaikaiseen tyyliin. Se on ainutlaatuinen ulkoasu on erillinen makuuhuone. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, ylelliset muisti patja silinteri, komerot molemmissa seinissä, ja varastointi matkalaukut. Kätevä kaikki uudet kylpyhuone, joka pääsee myös olohuoneesta. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva 1 tai 2 ylimääräistä vierasta. Keittiössä astianpesukone linjan jne voit valmistaa aterioita nauttien henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja kuunnellen meren. Kaapeli-TV ja langaton internet. Lakanat, pyyhkeet ja rantapyyhkeet mukana.
    Mont Vernon monimutkainen on 24 tunnin turvallisuus, suurella rannalla puolella allas, jossa on tummennetut kannella ja maksuton tuolit, 2 valaistu tenniskentät, kaunis trooppinen maisemointi ja kulkutiet, pieni ruokakauppa tuoreita patonkeja, pizzeria (erinomaiset pizza!) sekä pesulapalvelu ja 2 pysäköintialueet.
    10-15 min kävelymatkan alas rantaan vie lukuisia ravintoloita, putiikkeja ja vesiurheiluun. Lähellä useita supermarketteja, Orient Bay Village ravintoloita ja kauppoja, Grand tapaus- Ranskan gourmet pääkaupunki Karibian jossa on paljon ravintoloita hienosta aterioinnista jalat hiekkaan ruokailu, ja lähellä vene, joka vie sinut Pinel Island ( jonka voit muuten mela hallituksen tai kajakin sijaan jos haluat!).
    Etsitpä vain chill rannalla / uima-allas, tai kuten leijalautailu, meloa lennolle, snorklausta, sukellusta, vaellus, zip vuori, tai ranskalainen / kreolikieli cuisine- tämä on täydellinen paikka. Paradise odottaa ...

The host answered all my questions prior to arrival (I had quite a few) We were met and escorted to our room and the room looked exactly as pictured with a beautiful view. We had everything we could possibly need. It was also my 1st time staying at a VRBO. It was very close to the beach, about a 15 min or so walk to the restaurants in the middle of Orient Bay. It was easy to navigate. The walls were also pretty sound proof or everyone was exceptionally quiet. We would highly recommend !

The property was very nice and quiet. Nice beach views, clean pool, and the condo was very clean. The condo is on the French side, if you’re looking for night life action be sure to stay on the Dutch side. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! In addition to the beautiful views and the close proximity to the beach, the owners were welcoming and extremely responsive as were the managers. This vacation is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, lovely getaway!

We had an amazing vacation in Saint Martin. We traveled all around the island 5 of the 7 days we were there, as we rented a car, which I recommend. It was always a relief to have a nice clean condo to come back to at the end of the day. The pool is amazing and it has great views of both the sea and the mountains. The condo was the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small grocery store and pizza shop on premises. At the other end of the beach there is a group of the most amazing restaurants. We ate dinner there every night. The only negative I can think of is the walk from the parking lot to the unit might be tough for some people. We are in our 50's and managed fine, but the summer time heat can wear on you a bit. We would stay here again. 10/10

This is a cute little apartment just north of Orient Bay beach. Definitely rent a car for your time on the island! The half mile walk to the beach town is all on sand, but is an approachable walk. Otherwise the drive is about 10 minutes to the same location. We enjoyed the patio and the air conditioning worked great. If you plan to do laundry, you'll need to bring your own detergent. There is a Nespresso machine, and we bought a few pods from the grocery store in town. The restaurants in town are amazing. Just remember you are on "island time" and enjoy the slow pace of this island!

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The space is clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light that makes it feel warm and inviting. The building itself is well-maintained,the location is incredibly convenient, few minutes driving to shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood also feels safe and welcoming, which was important to me.One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful ocean view, along with the excellent management team. They were friendly, responsive, and truly cared about the residents’ experience.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more comfortable than the photos suggest. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived.Marc was responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere.

My family and I had such a blast! Condo was perfect size for my family (2 adults 2 kids). Check in was quick and easy with our host having the on site managers personally meet us and take us to the condo. We found that super helpful bc the development can be tricky to navigate as first timers. Our flight was very delayed but they accompanied us and did not mind waiting for us. Condo was clean and quiet and we felt safe the entire trip! The condo itself is comfortable with AC (a must in the island) and a small kitchen which came in handy to cook for my family when we were too tired to go out and eat. Location is convenient to visit all the beautiful beaches on the French side of the island. We're biased and prefer staying in the French side haha and believe the beaches are prettier on this side of the island. Pool on site was a great perk for the kiddos on the days they did not want to go to the beach. It's clean and beautifully maintained. Orient Beach is walking distance although we didn't visit it bc unfortunately too much sargassum. We did see excavators take out the sargassum daily but seemed to be a lost cause so we didn't bother with going to the beach but did visit the other beautiful nearby beaches including Pinel Island! Highly recommend a visit to Pinel Island! It's easy and quick drive from the condo. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing and convenient location when visiting St Martin!

A wonderful stay at this 2nd floor condo! It’s perfectly located on the quiet end of beautiful Orient beach! The view was so beautiful from the lanai! The space was roomy and comfortable, exactly as pictured. The hosts were friendly. A minor note for improvement would be to have a luggage cart available, as it was a bit of a trek to carry bags also, to do away with the key and have keyless entry. I think this would be good for the host as well as the guests not to have the worry of losing the key. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!”

Second trip to Mount Vernon. We would book this condo again. Great access to Orient beach!Love the private neighborhood with perfect market and pizza place on property. With no reception or check in staff, would be more efficient at arrival to provide code to lockbox and a building map. Linda was delightful and the condo was great, everything in good condition. Owners very responsive. We did purchase laundry detergent, shampoo and extra toilet paper, but the kitchen set up was just right. linens were fresh and furnishings bright and fun. Would recommend better or additional pillows in bedroom.

It was good. Lovely condo. I just didn't like the extra long walk to and from the parking lot to the condo, up and down the hills in the summer heat. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great people

The managers of the property were so wonderful and kind. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond. Right on a beautiful beach. Not a lot of restaurants and night life in that area but very peaceful.

Orient Beach Condo

This condo is exactly what the photos show. No trick photography. Very clean , short walk to the beach & pool. Had a couple of minor problems & the owners responded immediately. The property managers are very nice & do a good job also. Great vacation!
