Everything was great! We had superior room, there was balcony, bathtube, Lavazza coffeenmachine, minibar etc.. about 15min walk to the airport. Next to the very big shoppingcenter.

I checked two seperate bends when making the reservation, but at the room there was one big bed with only one (although huge) blanket for the two of us which was a bit of a downer.

Carpet beetles (pests)
My boyfriend and I stayed here two weeks ago (16.3-17.3.22). The first impression of the hotel was okay: the room was ready when we got there, and the hotel was near to the airport. After a long day, when we were going to sleep, we saw a little bug in our bed. It was alive and we recognized it as a carpet beetle (they are little bugs that eat your clothes and other textiles). We went to the reception with the living beetle, and they give us a new room next to the old one. When we got to the new room, we noticed that there were lying dead ones on the floor. After that, they gave us a new room from the other side of the building. There were also dead bugs, one even on the windowsill… The third time when we contacted the receptionist, he even dares to argue that those bugs came with us, and no one ever have complained about pests… We asked for a refund, but they gave us a nothing. I even left my email in the morning to the receptionist, but they never contacted me. So, if you don’t want pests, that are difficult to get a rid of, I recommend not to stay here. I put here pictures I took.

Ok for airport hotel. Few things in the room would need some renowation, but overall room was allright. Hotel staff was friendly and check in and out went smoothly.

Viimeisen kolmen vuoden ajan olemme käyneet kohteessa aikaisten aamulentojen takia viisi kertaa. Viimeksi saimme reilumman kokoisen huoneenkin käyttöömme.

Ei lähellä lentokenttää.
Hotelli olikin lähes kilometrin päässä lentokentältä!!! eli EI mikään lentokenttähotelli. Parempi olisi ollut jäädä Bergamoon yötä, halvempaan hotelliin, ja aamulla ottaa bussi oven eteen lentokentälle.

Huone oli kuuma ja hiostava (lokakuu, ulkona +15C). Nukuin erittäin huonosti. Vika huoneen ilmanvaidossa? Hotellin ravintolan ruoka ei ollut kummoista, läheisen ostoskeskuksen ravintoloissa kannattanee käydä?

Shoppailuturistin yöpymismesta
10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Bergamon kentästä. Kävellen tulee hiukan kiertoa, mutta shuttledösästäkään ei viitsi maksaa viittä euroa. Aikaisella lennolla lähtevälle hyvä vaihtoehto. Normi aamiaisaikaa ennen nautittu aamiainen hotellin aulassa hoidettiin karseessa sotkussa, kun ainut paikalla ollut tytsi ei tajunnut siivota niitä muutamia pöytiä lainkaan. Hotellissa ihan kelpo saunakin.

Ok stay for caching an early flight
Stayed there one night before flying early in the next day. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern, all good. Only negative was about air conditioning, it was too loud and nothing really happened. So the room got too hot during the night. Got an earlybird breakfast and they even had gluten free options (I asked it before when we checked in). Close to airport, 10-15min walk. Next to shopping center, but we chose to take the bus from the airport and visit old Bergamo town.

12 min kävellen kentälle. Jos menee Ryanairin aamulennolla, niin tämä kannattaa ottaa. Illan saa kulumaan viereisessä ostoskeskuksessa ja neljästä eteenpäin saa jonkinlaista aamupalaa.

Todella siisti hotelli 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä lentokentän terminaalista. Iso viereinen ostoskeskus tarjoaa runsaasti ruokailu- ja ostomahdollisuuksia. Hotelli järjestää erikseen myös aamiaisen aikaisille lähtijöille!

Not as close to the airport as you would think
We thought that this hotel would be nicely close to the airport, even if on the other side of the motorway. The pedestrian route was hard to find, it was about 1 km and it was really not designed for pedestrians but cars. With luggage, you really need a taxi to get to the hotel. We did not have other problems with the room but missing towels (after asking, they were brought quickly, though). Other passengers seemed to have all kinds of problems and the one clerk working there early morning could not serve all the complains. We did not have time for early breakfast but it seemed to be very modest, and out of almost everything. Next time I would rather choose a hotel a few kms away as you need the taxi anyway. This hotel had shuttle service but only every 30 mins and fully booked.

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta miellyttävää. Ravintolan ruoka-annos oli pieni ja hintaan nähden todella vaatimaton. Aamupalalla ei useista lupauksista huolimatta ollut gluteenitonta vaihtoehtoa. Kävelymatka lentokentälle helppo.
