Excellent as always

We had a wonderful stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. This was our second stay and it was just as nice as the first time. Very comfortable place with all the amenities and attention to detail. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Cute property and responsive owners

Very cute property in a quaint neighborhood. Owners were VERY responsive (within 20 minutes) and wanted my visit to be enjoyable. Would recommend the property.

Short visit

This was a great property in an easy location for a small family or 3-4 adults. We were visiting for some Florida fishing on the Conway lakes, and over near Cocoa Beach. The property had everything needed, and great touches like the fresh Puerto Rican bread. Owner very responsive and helpful, had great restaurant recs.

Wedding at Cypress Grove Estates

I think my 5 star rating in all categories sums up my pleasure and comfort at this cottage in Edgewood. It was immaculate! Lots of special touches with free soft drinks in fridge and fresh loaves of bread. Convenient walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet and safe neighborhood. If you are attending an event at Cypress Grove Estates, this is the perfect accomodation for you.

Fantastic!

Charles (and Zane) were great! Directions, advice on where to go for food, checking in and out, responding promptly and immediately. We arrived without a car and so we did not have a place to store our luggage until check in, but they allowed us to keep it with them until the prior guests had checked out. Overall, a 5/5!

a week in the city...

Very Clean and well kept. It's just as described; the details inside were awesome. Everything you need for a weeks stay in the kitchen and all of high quality. Charles added special touches with ice cream/soda/water and all the ingredients necessary to make your1st breakfast. The bed was very comfortable-and we felt right at home. The host go above and beyond on every aspect of what you expect with a VRBO. The list of suggestions in the area was outstanding. If we ever get to the Orlando area again this is the 1st place we'll try to rent.

Fun, quaint, great location, perfect for us!

We spent 4 nights here with our 8 year old daughter. It was perfect. We walked to dinner and ice cream around the corner. The home is about 15-20 minutes from our points of interest- theme parks, outlets, putt putt, grocery store. We enjoy the space and autonomy of a VRBO but also like access to a pool. We utilized resortpass for a day which gave us access to hang out by a pool without the hassle and expense of staying at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again !!!

Cool family-friendly and entertaining spot

We had an excellent time and the owner was amazing. She gave us great recommendations and we will definitely go back and do more things off the list. The casita had so many little fun surprises. We were greeted by piñata guard dogs and a dinosaur diorama in the windowbox. An inflatable alligator was chilling on the porch and she had glow-in-the-dark stones in the porch plant which we learned was a carnivorous pitcher plant. She had an origami book with some paper that we played with. There were pop rocks and coconut candy in the cookie jar and special plates for the kiddos. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kiddos were mesmerized by the green curtains which fluttered like leaves and played dress-up with all the hats. Overall we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. She even brought over a mini trampoline for my son to play with in the yard and let us borrow a parking pass for New Smyrna beach. Thanks for the hospitality!

Old meets new

The home is cozy, but not cramped. The outside looks like an older Florida home, sturdy and simple. Appliances were in excellent (new) shape, so cooking and clean-up were just like being at home. It has obviously been just remodeled, with new paint, appliances, cabinetry, bath fixtures, etc. The wi-fi works well, and the flat screen television is perfectly adequate for tuning out (or in ) the insanity of the world. I was impressed with how well the home muted the sounds of traffic on the road out front. It’s a busy road, but I didn’t have any issues getting in or out. For my stay there was a king bed in one room and two singles in another, plus a couch if someone gets bent out of shape or a fifth person needs to be accommodated. It’s a dynamic world, so this could change. I was able to meet with the owners for a bit. They live in an adjacent home so if a problem did come up, it could be dealt with in short order. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this for a small family or group that wants to avoid the Petri dish that is the larger hotel lobbies.

Clean and Charming!

This adorable little cottage is super clean and cozy. It is small but just perfect for myself, husband and teenage son while we visited with family who live near Cypress Grove Park. Charles is a wonderful host and included little amenities like cream for coffee, fresh bread and butter and cold sodas. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. The off street parking is very easy to manage. There are 2 great pub type restaurants across the street and an ice cream place too. We tried and enjoyed Gatlin Hall Brewery. Thank you Charles and we will be back in the future.

Great stay with an awesome host!

My family had a great experience staying here for 4 days. We went to Universal and The science museum and Charlie was great in recommending great restaurants and things to do in the area! It was like staying at our home, except in Orlando. It was nice and extremely convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen and super nice to have ice cream and soda for the kids if they wanted to splurge from a long day out in the heat! Definitely will come again and recommend!

Great hosts at a cute little house

Very flexible owners, fit our stay exactly as needed. We enjoyed all the variety of games and books they had for our 4-6 year olds as well as their games for adults. Would recommend.

Very comfortable place to stay.

This cottage is super clean, very well appointed and had everything you could need. Bed was super comfortable. This one is for sure a do again next time we are in the area.

One of a kind property

This property is special. It shows the personalities of the owners, and their attention to detail when remodeling the home. The vintage furnishings, artistic decor, and whimsical colors and accessories make it a unique place to stay. The house retains its 1940s character, while blending in some modern touches. Games, books, and toys are on hand for relaxation and play. I really enjoyed the time that I spent here.

First class Orlando stay

This is a great property which is very clean & tasteful furnished The equipment is excellent: everything is new & works which makes a refreshing change !! The owners are super helpful with loads of recommendations of things to do, places to visit & local bars/restaurants to frequent Will definitely be visiting again

What an amazing little cottage.

plenty of parking for 2 vehicles or an oversized vehicle. Very clean cottage/house. The interior is a retro decor, which was so fun. Plenty of games in the closet to give hours of fun. The small shampoos and conditioners and lotions, along with ice cream cups and drinks is a bonus touch. So close to parks, stadiums, etc. Just all around a Great place. Will be staying again. Highly recommend this place. A+++++

Weekend stay

A group of 4 of us stayed for the weekend in Orlando. This property fit out needs perfectly. Everything was well stocked and very clean. It was very easy to communicate with Charles. He lives in the building behind this property and was able to fix an issue we had almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and would do it again myself.

Perfect

This was a perfect rental for our family. It was centrally located to Disney, beaches and shopping. Vintage feel with all amenities needed. Charles was on point. Great value as well.

Babysitting grandpa

I was very pleased with the area the house was located in. This week allowed me to babysit my grandson Monday through Friday. At first, I thought we would drive to a park to spend time outside, but quickly found I was very comfortable wheeling around the neighborhood. The front porch had rockers which was great for sitting outside and entertaining my grandson with the occasional passing car. I was the only one staying overnight so only one bed was tested, but it was the best bed I have slept in counting at least a half dozen Florida VRBO's. Also, the locking glass front door allowed a lot of light into the house while making me feel safe. Overall, I enjoyed staying here very much.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed the Cottage very much. We were in Orlando for a wedding at Cypress Grove and the proximity was perfect. The entire stay and experience was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
