Park Corniche
Hotelli on suhteellisen lähellä International Driveä (pari sataa metriä) ja lähellä International Driven nähtävyyksiä (Sea World)ym. Autohan on Orlandon alueella kyllä välttämätön jos haluaa tutustua tarjontaan laajemmin, Intnl Drivella kulkee bussi jonka avulla pääsee sille alueelle. Hotellista on shuttle-bussiyhteys Sea Worldiin. Hotellissa oli käytettävissä edulliseen hintaa sviitti jossa keittiöosasto. Hintaan kuului amerikkalaistyyppinen aamiainen - yleensähän siitä pitää maksaa erikseen tai mennä muualle syömään. SIjainti on erittäinen rauhallisella paikalla ja ympäristö viihtyisä. Varusteet (kh, vesikalusteet) ovat hieman vanhoja ja huoneet kaipaisivat jonkin verran kunnostusta mutta työmatkalla kyllä menettelevät. Hotellissa oli vierailuaikana pariskuntia ja perheitä. Hinta/laatusuhde oli mielestäni hyvä, saman tyyppisistä majoituksista voi joutua maksamaan melkein tuplasti. Myös ns resort fee täytyy ottaa huomioon, se voi olla sisältynyt hintaa tai sitten ei ja päivittäinen summa voi vaihdella. Auton sai rakennuksen eteen.

Room was comfortable it came with ants and we were visited by cockroaches. Toilets are too low, it is difficult use it. Dishes had little food residues. The hotel doesn't provide the sponge to wash them.

Looks like pictures. Yea it’s kinda of outdated BUT it’s perfect and in good condition . Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Loved the double balcony. Would definitely stay again

the stay would have been good but the first time we went to prepair a meal the pot was dirty with roaches in it . I kill the roach and contact front desk. they offered to give our resort fees back. then later in the night roaches were coming out of the tv the coffee pot and under the fridge. The only thing they did was to refund the resort fee they should have refunded the stay .

This property was not what we thought it was going to be the furniture was out dated curtains tore the bedroom was missing a curtain the ice maker was broken not enough channels on the t.v it was very disappointing.

This is a very clean, quiet property. It is well appointed. It is an excellent location if you're going to the theme parks. They have an excellent restaurant on site.

This was a great place to stay with my family for the price. We were able to take advantage of the stocked kitchen and save money by not eating all our meals out. We liked the split floor plan which seperated our room from the kids. The only thing we didn't like was the extremely firm bed mattress, but it was fine for just 2 nights.

Overpriced for Room Conditions
The state of the room needed repair work. Caulking was peeling off the bathtub, the rugs were dirty feeling, and the closet & sliding doors were very hard to open. The room was not ready when we arrived on time at 4 pm. We were forced to downgrade from my booked room size and received no cost reduction. After the first night, my room keys stopped working. I had to return to the office to get the key corrected. That is when I found out that when I checked in, they didn’t complete my check-in. This occurred three more times, which was very inconvenient after getting to the room to find out I had to return to the front desk.

The apartment does not have carpet floors. That makes the place much better e clean. Rafael took great care of us so we had a good stay. He is the best.

Great little Condo
Had a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Loved having the balcony. Very conveniently located close to seaworld and the highway. Will definitely consider returning my next trip to Florida.
