The Space:

You step onto a private porch and feel the gentle Florida breeze rustle the nearby palm fronds, while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the outdoor kitchen. Inside, the bright, airy tiny home invites you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills or downtown exploring. Every detail is arranged for comfort, whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple, or a small group of friends.



Sleeping arrangements

Three spacious queen bedrooms each accommodate two guests, offering plush bedding and ample closet space. A separate farm‑house styled studio, the MIL suite, features its own queen bed for added privacy.



Bathroom

The main bathroom includes a walk‑in shower with modern fixtures, while the MIL suite offers a second full bathroom with its own walk‑in shower, ensuring no morning queues.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A smart TV and high‑speed free Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained during downtime.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a large outdoor full kitchen complete with a stainless‑steel stovetop, perfect for grilling or cooking al fresco. The patio provides a relaxed setting for meals under the sky, and free parking for up to two vehicles is right at the entrance.



Living space

A free washer and dryer are conveniently located within the home, making longer stays effortless. The open‑plan layout blends living and dining areas, creating a welcoming space to gather after a day of adventure.



Location & neighborhood

Nestled in the heart of Winter Park, the home sits less than ten minutes from downtown Orlando, five minutes from grocery and convenience stores, and eight minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops. Disney and Universal Studios are a short twenty‑minute drive away, putting the region’s top attractions within easy reach.

The combination of comfortable sleeping spaces, well‑appointed amenities, and a prime central location makes this tiny home a perfect home‑away‑from‑home in Winter Park.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. including the backyard and the cottage behind the home which is beautiful MIL suite



The Neighborhood:

Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central FL, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app :)

Home is in excellent condition and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Its about 25 minutes to the Disney amusement parks and welcome respite at the end of long days.
