Hotelli Orlandossa
Hotelli oli siisti ja kaikin puolin toimiva huoneistohotelli. Lähellä oli elintarvikekauppa ja supermarket, joista sai kaiken tarpeellisen. Läheisyydessä ei ollut mitään aktiviteetteja, joten auto on välttämätön alueella liikkumista varten. Itse olin paikalla konferenssin johdosta, eivätkä turistiaktiviteetit olleet tärkeitä.

Vista Cay Resort near Universal Studios
Siistit ja tilavat huoneistot, rauhallinen alue. Saimme varaamaamme tilavamman huoneiston käyttöömme (kolme mh, oh, k, ruok.tila, 2x kph,vaatehuoltotila..), joten tilaa oli yltäkylläisesti kolmelle hengelle. Huippuhyvät sängyt! Huoneiston varustelu erinomainen luokitukseen nähden, vain juustohöylä puuttui... Allasalue viihtyisä ja siisti, baaria ei ollut, mutta omia eväitä ja juomia sai viedä. Auto lähes välttämätön. Monet kiinnostavat kohteet lyhyen automatkan päässä. Uusi Publix ruokakauppa avautui juuri mukavan kävelymatkan päähän, mikä kätevää, koska alueella ei ravintola- tai kahvilapalveluja. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta palveluita emme juuri tarvinneet kuin sisäänkirjoittautumisen yhteydessä ja allaspyyhkeitä hakiessa. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

I have stayed at Vista Kay in the past and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived to the room we found bugs all over the floor along with a strong musty smell. They offered to put us in another room but after seeing the house keeping simply sweep up all the centipedes and spray the room with fragrance we decided to stay elsewhere. To be honest the two experiences were polarizing it didn’t even seem like the same place. I am hoping to be able to work with Expedia for a refund on the property.

Great friendly staff, clean property both inside and outdoor. Pool area and bar is great and lots of room. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next visit!!

Only had ONE person working . Had to wait over 30 mins to get room keys AFTER I had already “checked in”. I will NEVER stay at this property again. The communication is terrible !!!! I still have no received a receipt from my stay and it’s been over 24 hrs since I checked out.

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times. The property is well kept. The rooms are nice, area we have stayed at is always quiet. . Publix is less than a 5 minute drive, depending on where your condo is on the property. There are a few pools for everyone to enjoy. The main pool is great for families since there is plenty of things kids can do there. Look forward to going back next year.

Comfortable, Convenient and Clean
The rooms were a little old and outdated but it was clean, comfortable and conveniently located which made up for it. We also had our dog stay with us and had no issues at all with that. There were plenty of places to walk him and the property was pretty quiet.

It was not very clean and they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper when we were staying for 4 days and had 4 people on our reservation.

Good evening,I am very sorry to hear about the cleanliness, can you please let us know which unit you stayed in so we can address this with the cleaner, also the resort is self catering, so we do not do daily housekeeping and do not restock supplies which should have been a talking point at check in.

Rental did not appear to have been recently cleaned, dead bugs on entrance and bathroom. Also both toilet paper holders and paper towel roll were inoperable, along with very rusted shower rods. The pool tools were kid sized. Otherwise, decent unit and size for the price.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo and was extremely disappointed with it. It was as if it was neglected. All the pictures on the walls were crooked, there were ants in the master bath, the fridge didn't work correctly, the toilet was constantly running, the garbage disposal didn't work, and there were no curtains in the entire condo. For the money, I expected better upkeep and better service.

We were so impressed with this property. They had a party at the pool during the day that my kids enjoyed so much! The bartenders were so friendly and the staff were so pleasant. Parts of the property need updated. Some units are newer but they have tons of units so totally fine with the property just needs TLC in some bathrooms other than that no complaints we would stay here again and again

I had to pay an extra $90 per night which I didn't was informed. There was a problem with the restroom and was impossible to communicate with the front desk to ask them fix it. The place felt dirty as well

Close to convention center. No coffee cups/mugs. Coffee pot missing pot. Should provide more then on pack of dishwasher detergent. Property management did bring over mugs and new coffee pot.

Had to move units upon check in due to water leaking from upstairs bathroom into basement bathroom. Communication from office was good, but delayed our plans that day. The units are hit and miss, and in need of repairs and renovation.
