Clean room, good location and staff were very nice. Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck.

Bad luck with room?
My room didn't have air conditioning and was in need of renovation anyway. Apparently I was unlucky because some of the group got a renovated room (same price and booking) with air conditioning.
