"We booked our reservation and paid in full on June 27,2022 and everything seemed fine until 4 days before we were supposed to arrive I received an email stating that we would have to be relocated because the property was having structural issues. "It was my 1st and last time in this hotel. I had a booking for 6 rooms and they charged me for 9 rooms. Hotel was blaiming hotels.com and hotels.com was blaiming the hotel! I don't know who's fault it was but neither of them cared about that! :["
